Ronald Vanover
Third Elder/Finance DirectorMy name is Ronald Vanover and I started attending Cornerstone in 2018 with my wife Laura. I have served as the Finance Director here since 2022. I also serve in the Media Room supporting the Praise Team and our Pastor with service slide presentations and online streaming. I also perform various indoor/outdoor building and security services. I am currently employed by Sedgwick Claims Management Services, where I have worked since 2002 as IT Director of Desktop Support/Depot Services/Asset Management.
The Lord has blessed me with many abilities to work and lead teams to achieve objectives and complete projects. Soon after Laura and I started attending Cornerstone, the Lord placed it upon our hearts to make a list of items we could work on to help with completing updates around the church; we were able to complete several items before Laura passed away in April 2021. The Lord continues to bless our church and faith continues to grow here, as do both our list of completed items as well our new list of continuing works for the Lord’s kingdom (Jam. 2:14). Over the past two years we have made several updates to automate our church accounting and payroll systems as well as upgrade the Media Room and church website. Our commitment and plan (Prov. 16:3) is to get the Lord’s message out to everyone in our community and surrounding areas of Plain City.
