Mark Barth
Lead PastorMy name is Mark Barth, and I serve as Lead Pastor at Cornerstone. I earned my BA in Christian Ministries from Ohio Christian University in 1984 and, having been ordained that summer by the Churches of Christ in Christ Union, began ministering at the Evangelistic Temple in Alma, GA, serving as Youth Pastor for four years. Since then, I have pastored several churches in Tennessee, Georgia, and Ohio throughout the years; and I am blessed to be the pastor here in Plain City, where I have served since 2017.
My wife Debby and I have six children together and eight adorable grandchildren. I enjoy hanging out with my family, playing a “fun” round of golf, hunting, fishing, and watching many sports in general. And I love preaching, teaching, writing, and reading what others have faithfully written about our incredible Savior. It is my personal mission to reveal, demonstrate, and communicate the Kingdom of God, through leading and serving.
